InfoLink Tax Advisory operates this website, which provides R&D tax credit consulting services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Our Services

InfoLink provides specialized Research and Development Tax Credit consulting services using our proprietary AI-powered platform. Our services include comprehensive R&D tax credit studies to identify, quantify, and document available tax credits under federal and state laws.

Our three-phase process includes:

• Phase 1 - Data Collection: Collaborate with you and your tax practitioners to collect necessary information

• Phase 2 - Calculations: Prepare final calculations and proforma R&D tax credit forms

• Phase 3 - Final Report: Deliver comprehensive documentation and audit-ready reports

Service Limitations

InfoLink services do not include preparation of original or amended tax returns or finalization of tax forms needed to claim R&D tax credits. We provide proforma drafts for review and finalization by your CPA. Our work product is completed based on our professional judgment and current tax law understanding.

We are not enrolled IRS agents, tax return preparers, or legal representatives. We do not practice before the IRS or other taxing authorities. Results are not binding on tax authorities or courts.

Fee Structure

Our fees are calculated as a percentage of total federal and state R&D tax credits calculated by InfoLink. Payment is due upon invoice receipt, regardless of when or if tax benefits are claimed or realized. Late payments incur interest charges.

Service agreements automatically renew for subsequent tax years unless you provide 30 days written notice of termination.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information including:

• Federal and state tax returns and forms

• Financial statements and accounting documents

• Payroll records and general ledger

• Documentation of research activities and expenditures

You must also provide timely cooperation and coordinate with your internal teams for comprehensive data collection.

Data Security and Confidentiality

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your confidential business and financial information. All data transmission and storage utilize encryption and secure protocols. We use your data solely for R&D tax credit services and do not sell or share confidential information with third parties.

Both parties maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information, including financial data, business plans, and proprietary technologies.

Audit Support

Provided our fees are paid in full, we will provide comprehensive support for any IRS inquiries about our work product, including information gathering assistance and response preparation support. All deliverables meet strict compliance standards with comprehensive calculations and supporting evidence.

Intellectual Property

Our AI algorithms, software platforms, methodologies, and processes remain InfoLink's exclusive intellectual property. You retain all rights to your business data. You receive a license to use our work product for reasonable business purposes, but distribution requires our written consent except for filing tax returns.

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:

• To facilitate our R&D tax credit consulting services

• To provide secure data processing and storage

• To perform site-related services

• To assist in analyzing business information

These third parties have access to your information solely to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use information for other purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you under relevant service orders. Neither party shall be liable for special, consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify InfoLink against claims arising from inaccurate information provided, failure to comply with applicable laws, or misuse of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. InfoLink may terminate immediately if you fail to provide necessary cooperation, if invoices become 45+ days past due, or if we determine services cannot be completed per professional standards.

Dispute Resolution

Both parties expressly waive their right to trial by jury for any disputes arising from this agreement. This agreement is governed by New York state law with exclusive jurisdiction in Schenectady County, New York courts.
